Richemont is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate in McLean (Tysons), VA — deliver luxury client service and drive sales for a leading maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, bespoke client service and cultivate long-term client relationships through personalised clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales objectives through proactive prospecting, upselling and cross-selling of the brand portfolio.
  • Manage guest appointments, telephone and digital enquiries; schedule private viewings when required.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across watches, jewellery and leather goods to present features, provenance and care guidance accurately.
  • Support daily store operations including POS transactions, accurate cash handling, stock receiving, inventory control and replenishment.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising, ensuring displays and boutique presentation meet the maison’s brand standards.
  • Capture and update client data in CRM systems; prepare sales reports and handover notes for colleagues.
  • Adhere to company policies on loss prevention, compliance, health & safety and luxury service standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven record in luxury or premium retail sales; experience with watches or jewellery is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with refined verbal presentation and active listening.
  • Commercially driven with a demonstrable ability to close sales and meet targets.
  • Professional grooming, polished personal presentation and aptitude for concierge-level service.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Right to work in the United States.

Experience
