Richemont is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate in McLean (Tysons), VA — deliver luxury client service and drive sales for a leading maison.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, bespoke client service and cultivate long-term client relationships through personalised clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales objectives through proactive prospecting, upselling and cross-selling of the brand portfolio.
- Manage guest appointments, telephone and digital enquiries; schedule private viewings when required.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across watches, jewellery and leather goods to present features, provenance and care guidance accurately.
- Support daily store operations including POS transactions, accurate cash handling, stock receiving, inventory control and replenishment.
- Contribute to visual merchandising, ensuring displays and boutique presentation meet the maison’s brand standards.
- Capture and update client data in CRM systems; prepare sales reports and handover notes for colleagues.
- Adhere to company policies on loss prevention, compliance, health & safety and luxury service standards.
Qualifications
- Proven record in luxury or premium retail sales; experience with watches or jewellery is highly desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with refined verbal presentation and active listening.
- Commercially driven with a demonstrable ability to close sales and meet targets.
- Professional grooming, polished personal presentation and aptitude for concierge-level service.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Right to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1+ year of frontline retail or luxury sales experience; prior exposure to watches, jewellery or premium accessories strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certificates in retail, sales or luxury hospitality are advantageous.
