Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in King of Prussia, PA — deliver luxury client service and drive sales in a premium boutique setting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver white‑glove client service and cultivate long‑term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross‑selling.
  • Maintain authoritative product knowledge across watchmaking, jewelry and leather categories; communicate product provenance and craftsmanship.
  • Manage daily boutique operations: visual merchandising, floor standards, stock replenishment and loss prevention procedures.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and perform basic cash handling and reconciliation.
  • Support after‑sales service and client enquiries, coordinating repairs, returns and bespoke requests where applicable.
  • Collaborate with the boutique team on events, private appointments and local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Professional presentation and polished interpersonal manner appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and close sales with discerning clientele.
  • Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong numeracy and attention to detail for transaction accuracy and stock control.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.

Experience
