Richemont is hiring a Sales Associate in Hamburg to deliver exceptional luxury client service and achieve boutique sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets through consultative selling and tailored product presentation.
- Maintain exemplary boutique standards: visual merchandising, window displays and housekeeping aligned with brand guidelines.
- Operate point-of-sale and inventory systems accurately; manage stock receipt, replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
- Contribute to local CRM activities, sales reporting and the execution of in-store events and launches.
Qualifications
- Proven customer-facing experience within luxury, premium or specialty retail environments; evidence of meeting sales objectives.
- Polished interpersonal manner, strong consultative selling skills and an aptitude for building rapport with high-net-worth clients.
- Commercial awareness and numeracy sufficient to handle transactions, reconcile sales and support merchandising decisions.
- Professional presentation and adherence to brand standards; flexibility to work retail hours including evenings and weekends.
- Fluent German with a good command of English is preferred to service an international clientele in Hamburg.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of direct retail or luxury sales experience, ideally within premium or heritage brands, with demonstrable achievement of sales targets and client development.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or a related discipline is advantageous.
