Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Frankfurt — deliver luxury client service and drive sales for a leading Richemont maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a superior, personalised client experience that reflects the maison’s luxury standards and strengthens long-term client relationships (clienteling).
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling and appointment management.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions and manage client records in the CRM.
  • Maintain boutique presentation and merchandising standards, ensuring product displays, windows and stock rooms meet brand visual guidelines.
  • Support stock management activities including receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and boutique management to execute launches, events and omnichannel client initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Professional presentation and polished interpersonal skills suited to a luxury retail environment.
  • Fluency in German is strongly preferred; professional working proficiency in English is desirable.
  • Right to work in Germany and flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong numeracy and attention to detail for cash handling and inventory tasks.

Experience

Preferably 1–2 years of direct retail experience, ideally within luxury or premium brands, with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and cultivating repeat clients.

Education
