Richemont seeks a dunhill Sales Associate in Tokyo to deliver premium client service and drive boutique sales for menswear and leather goods.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to a discerning luxury clientele, building long-term relationships and clienteling activity.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, cross-selling and upselling of dunhill apparel, leather goods and accessories.
  • Maintain authoritative product knowledge across collections, materials and brand heritage to advise clients accurately and confidently.
  • Execute boutique standards including visual merchandising, window presentation and stock presentation to uphold brand aesthetics.
  • Manage transactions, returns and after‑sales follow-up using the store’s POS and CRM systems; ensure accurate cash and stock handling.
  • Support inventory processes, stock replenishment and back‑of‑house organisation to ensure product availability and merchandising integrity.
  • Participate in trainings, team briefings and seasonal launch activities; represent the brand professionally at client events and private appointments.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail aptitude with a client‑focused approach and impeccable presentation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish credibility with high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet sales objectives and to work within a KPI-driven environment.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and peak retail periods; willingness to work in a boutique environment.

Experience
