Richemont is hiring a Sales Associate in Dubai to deliver exceptional luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-touch, personalised client service to cultivate long-term relationships and maximise lifetime value.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive selling, clienteling and follow-up.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across the maison’s collections and communicate value through storytelling and technical detail.
- Execute daily boutique operations including POS transactions, cash handling, stock management and merchandising standards.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and window displays to reflect brand campaigns and seasonal directives.
- Accurately record client data and maintain CRM records to support outreach, event invitations and after-sales service.
- Adhere to brand service protocols, loss-prevention procedures and company policies to safeguard clientele and inventory.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for luxury retail selling with a client-centric mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with professional presentation.
- Numerical competence and experience with POS/cash handling procedures.
- Capacity to assimilate technical product information and translate it for clients.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–2 years of customer-facing experience in luxury retail or a comparable high-end service environment; demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education required; vocational training or diploma in retail, hospitality, sales or fashion is a plus.
