Richemont is hiring a Sales Associate in Dubai — boutique role delivering personalised luxury client service and achieving sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience to high-net-worth and walk-in customers, cultivating long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets using consultative selling and up‑selling techniques.
  • Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across categories, advising clients on craftsmanship, provenance and aftercare.
  • Oversee daily boutique operations including point-of-sale transactions, inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the boutique reflects the maison’s image and seasonal directives.
  • Accurately update CRM and sales records, prepare sales reports, and liaise with regional teams for client requests and special orders.
  • Support and participate in VIP events, private appointments and local marketing initiatives to drive client acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience in a luxury or premium brand environment (preferred 1–3 years).
  • Polished, client-focused demeanour with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable commercial awareness, strong numeracy and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Legal right to work in the UAE.

Experience

Ideally 1–3 years of direct experience in luxury boutique or premium retail sales, with a demonstrable record of meeting sales objectives and developing high-value client relationships.

Education

Secondary education required; vocational or tertiary qualification in retail, hospitality, fashion or a related discipline is advantageous.
