Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Daejeon: provide exceptional luxury client service and drive boutique sales for a leading maisons portfolio.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an impeccable, personalized client experience consistent with luxury brand standards to build long‑term relationships and repeat business.
- Proactively manage clienteling activities including follow‑ups, appointment bookings and after‑sales care to maximise lifetime value.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, strategic upselling and promotion of brand services.
- Maintain boutique presentation and merchandising to exacting standards, ensuring product displays, windows and stockrooms reflect the maison’s image.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems accurately, process transactions and handle cash and store reconciliations in accordance with company procedures.
- Support inventory control, receive and process deliveries, and participate in stock counts and loss‑prevention programmes.
- Contribute to team performance through clear communication, knowledge sharing and active participation in training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high‑level client service with discreet, professional demeanour appropriate to luxury retail.
- Strong interpersonal skills, persuasive communication and the capacity to build rapport with a diverse, high‑net‑worth clientele.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays; adaptability to boutique scheduling needs.
- Right to work in South Korea and compliance with local employment requirements.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–2 years of retail sales experience; experience within a luxury brand or premium retail environment preferred, with demonstrable success meeting sales KPIs and cultivating repeat clients.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in retail, sales or luxury brand management advantageous.
