Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised service to high-net-worth and walk-in clients, cultivating long-term client relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling and planned outreach.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across the maison's collections and communicate provenance, materials and technical details with authority.
  • Manage daily boutique operations including point-of-sale transactions, stock reception, inventory accuracy and visual merchandising to brand standards.
  • Record client interactions and sales activity accurately in the CRM; follow up on enquiries, orders and after-sales requests.
  • Ensure impeccable presentation of the boutique and compliance with loss-prevention, cash-handling and luxury retail policies.
  • Collaborate with store leadership and colleagues to share market feedback, intelligence and opportunities for local business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver high-touch service in a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanour and excellent client-facing communication.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and contributing to team performance.
  • Ability to learn and articulate technical product information (e.g., watch movements, jewellery materials) clearly and confidently.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays, and to travel locally for client events when required.

Experience
