Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to high-net-worth and walk-in clients, cultivating long-term client relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling and planned outreach.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across the maison's collections and communicate provenance, materials and technical details with authority.
- Manage daily boutique operations including point-of-sale transactions, stock reception, inventory accuracy and visual merchandising to brand standards.
- Record client interactions and sales activity accurately in the CRM; follow up on enquiries, orders and after-sales requests.
- Ensure impeccable presentation of the boutique and compliance with loss-prevention, cash-handling and luxury retail policies.
- Collaborate with store leadership and colleagues to share market feedback, intelligence and opportunities for local business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high-touch service in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanour and excellent client-facing communication.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and contributing to team performance.
- Ability to learn and articulate technical product information (e.g., watch movements, jewellery materials) clearly and confidently.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays, and to travel locally for client events when required.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury goods or premium services; boutique or jewellery/watch experience strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or a related field is advantageous.
