Richemont is hiring a Sales Associate in Brisbane — deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales for one of Richemont’s maisons.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service consistent with Richemont’s maisons and brand standards to cultivate long-term client relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through expert product knowledge, persuasive selling and proactive clienteling.
- Manage client appointments, follow-ups and CRM records to maximise lifetime value and retention.
- Maintain boutique presentation to the highest standards: visual merchandising, housekeeping, merchandising replenishment and window displays.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and handle cash, refunds and exchanges in line with policies.
- Support stock management: receive, unpack, label, reconcile inventory and participate in stocktakes.
- Participate in in-store events, private client appointments and product launches, representing the brand with professional discretion.
- Collaborate with the store team and regional management to share market feedback, client insights and competitive intelligence.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable entitlement to work in Australia.
- Exceptional grooming, presentation and interpersonal skills appropriate for luxury retail.
- Proven ability to communicate confidently and persuasively with high-net-worth and diverse clientele.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail for transaction handling and inventory tasks.
- Commitment to uphold strict confidentiality and brand discretion when managing client information.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–2 years of retail experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion/watches/jewellery; demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and delivering personalised client service.
Education
Secondary school completion (or equivalent). Tertiary qualification in retail, fashion, luxury brand management or business is advantageous but not mandatory.
