Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Boston to deliver exceptional luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalized service to high-net-worth and discerning clients, cultivating lasting relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and cross-selling across product categories.
  • Maintain an immaculate boutique environment through meticulous visual merchandising and adherence to brand presentation standards.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately; manage transactions, cash handling and sales documentation with integrity.
  • Support stock management activities including inventory control, receiving, replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Plan and execute in-store events, private appointments and product launches in coordination with the boutique management.
  • Keep current on product knowledge, maison collections, materials and craftsmanship to inform and inspire client conversations.
  • Collaborate with boutique team and wider maison network to share market intelligence, client leads and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable client-facing excellence with a polished, professional demeanour appropriate for luxury retail.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Strong numeracy, attention to detail and high standards of integrity for cash-handling and stock control.
  • Fluency in customer relationship management and ability to maintain confidentiality with client information.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education or formal retail/ sales training is advantageous.
