Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to high-end clientele and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while contributing to the boutique’s commercial objectives.
- Convey expert product knowledge across relevant categories (e.g., watches, jewellery, leather goods) and educate clients on provenance, materials and craftsmanship.
- Maintain boutique presentation to exacting brand standards including visual merchandising, window dressing and housekeeping.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage cash-handling procedures in compliance with company policy.
- Support inventory operations: receive goods, perform stock counts, tag merchandise and report discrepancies.
- Participate in VIP events, private appointments and trunk shows; coordinate client invitations and onsite client care.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, compliance and security procedures and maintain confidentiality of client data.
Qualifications
- Polished professional presentation and exceptional interpersonal skills suited to a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to deliver high-touch customer service and manage demanding client expectations.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak retail periods; readiness to support special events and evening appointments.
- Right to work in Turkey and ability to commute to the boutique in Bodrum.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–2 years of retail experience; prior experience in luxury or premium boutiques is strongly preferred. Demonstrated sales performance and familiarity with high-value transactions are advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or studies in retail, hospitality or luxury goods is a plus.
