Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Boca Raton to deliver exceptional client service and drive luxury boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalized client service and create lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling.
  • Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across the maison’s range and communicate brand heritage and craftsmanship to clients.
  • Execute visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards to preserve a refined luxury environment.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage cash-handling procedures.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy, support stock replenishment and assist with receiving and inventory audits.
  • Support boutique events, private client appointments and collaborative selling initiatives with the retail team.
  • Adhere to company policies, loss-prevention procedures and professional appearance standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury goods or hospitality is advantageous.
  • Right to work in the United States (work authorization required).
  • Proven ability to deliver high levels of client service and maintain discretion with high-net-worth clients.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.

Experience

Typically 1–2 years of client-facing sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, jewellery or watch boutiques. Prior exposure to high-ticket transactions and private-client service is an advantage.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in retail, hospitality or luxury brand management preferred.
