Richemont seeks a Part-Time Sales Associate in Aventura, FL to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalized service to high-net-worth and discerning clients, cultivating long‑term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and contribute to store sales targets through proactive client engagement, tailored product advice and strategic clienteling.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale systems accurately, process transactions and handle customer documentation with discretion and attention to detail.
  • Maintain boutique presentation standards: visual merchandising, stock replenishment, jewellery/case presentation and housekeeping of the sales floor.
  • Support inventory control activities including stock counts, receiving and secure handling of merchandise.
  • Assist with in‑store events, private appointments and client communications in coordination with store management and central teams.

Qualifications

  • Polished professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills suited to luxury retail.
  • Availability for part‑time hours including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Right to work in the United States and ability to meet any local regulatory or licensing requirements.
  • Basic numeracy and proven ability to operate point‑of‑sale systems accurately.
  • Discretion and adherence to high confidentiality standards when handling client information and valuable merchandise.

Experience
