Richemont is hiring a Sales Associate in Austin — represent a Richemont maison, drive boutique sales and deliver luxury client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service to high‑net‑worth and new clients, proactively building and maintaining client relationships (clienteling).
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product expertise.
  • Manage client appointments, follow‑up communications and private shopping experiences to cultivate loyalty and repeat business.
  • Maintain boutique floor standards: visual merchandising, stock replenishment, pricing integrity and loss prevention procedures.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the store POS, handle cash/card procedures and reconcile receipts.
  • Participate in product and brand training; represent the maison at events and trunk shows as required.
  • Collaborate with the store team on inventory management, receiving shipments and stock counts.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in retail or luxury sales, with demonstrable ability to meet targets and close sales.
  • Polished presentation and professional demeanour appropriate to a high‑end luxury environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to converse confidently with discerning clients.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays; reliable punctuality.
  • Right to work in the United States.

Experience

Preferably 1–3 years of retail experience, ideally within luxury fashion, jewellery or watches; prior client‑facing roles with measurable sales performance are valued.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail, hospitality or related fields is advantageous.
