Sales Assistant
Richemont seeks a Sales Assistant in Seoul to deliver exceptional client service and drive boutique sales for its luxury maisons.

Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage clients with polished, personalised service to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets through consultative selling and effective clienteling.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across collections and convey craftsmanship and brand heritage to clients.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, reconcile payments and ensure accurate record-keeping in the store’s systems.
- Support visual merchandising and maintain boutique standards, including window and in-store displays.
- Oversee stock handling: receiving, inventory control, replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
- Coordinate appointments and follow-up communications using CRM tools to nurture prospects and existing clients.
- Deliver after-sales service, including handling alterations, repairs, returns and bespoke client requests with discretion.
Qualifications
- Professional presentation and a customer-centric approach appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
- Demonstrable sales aptitude with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Reliable organisational capability, attention to detail and numerical accuracy for cash handling and reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet boutique needs.
- Prior experience in a luxury or premium retail setting is preferred.
- Fluency in Korean and conversational English is advantageous for serving a diverse client base.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–2 years of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury, jewellery, watches or premium fashion; transferable experience in hospitality or high-end customer service may be considered.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) required; vocational training or coursework in retail, hospitality or luxury brand management is an advantage.
