Richemont seeks an Assistant de Vente (Sales Assistant) in Paris — boutique role delivering luxury client service and supporting store operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver highly personalized, client-focused service in a luxury boutique, including greeting clients, building rapport and managing appointments.
- Support sales objectives through active clienteling, product presentation, upselling and follow-up to convert opportunities into transactions.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process sales transactions accurately, managing cash handling and receipts according to brand procedures.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, window presentation, stock replenishment and housekeeping to reflect the maison’s image.
- Assist with inventory control, deliveries and stock counts; coordinate with store management on replenishment and client orders.
- Provide after-sales service and manage basic client enquiries, returns and exchanges in line with brand policy.
- Collaborate with colleagues and escalate client or operational issues to the Store Manager as required.
Qualifications
- Professional, polished presentation and excellent interpersonal skills suited to a luxury environment.
- Demonstrable customer-service orientation with the ability to create long-term client relationships.
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends to meet retail trading hours.
- Right to work in France and ability to operate in a high-turnover retail environment.
- Discretion, emotional intelligence and respect for client confidentiality.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1+ years of customer-facing experience within luxury, premium retail or hospitality; prior boutique sales experience is an advantage.
Education
Secondary education (Baccalauréat or equivalent). Vocational diploma in retail, hospitality or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
