Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to walk-in and appointment clients, cultivating long-term relationships through attentive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets through proactive selling, product recommendations and upselling when appropriate.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across relevant categories (jewellery, watches, leather goods or writing instruments) and communicate brand heritage and technical details with confidence.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and after‑sales processes with accuracy and discretion.
- Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique reflects brand guidelines for presentation and display.
- Participate in stock control, inventory counts, opening/closing procedures and adherence to loss‑prevention protocols.
- Contribute to in-store events, private client appointments and local marketing initiatives to drive footfall and brand exposure.
- Accurately maintain CRM records and sales reports to support client development and boutique performance analysis.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a client-facing retail role, preferably within the luxury or premium segment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and deliver discreet, high-touch service.
- Professional appearance and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Legal eligibility to work in South Korea and flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic numeracy for transaction handling and familiarity with retail procedures and compliance standards.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail sales experience, with priority given to candidates who have worked in luxury, jewellery, watch or premium fashion boutiques and who can demonstrate measurable sales performance and client development.
Education
High school diploma required; vocational training or diploma in retail, hospitality or luxury brand management preferred.
