Sales Assistant
Richemont seeks a Sales Assistant in Pangyo, South Korea to deliver exceptional luxury client service in a boutique setting.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and develop long-term relationships with high-value customers.
- Actively drive sales and achieve individual and store performance targets through tailored clienteling and product presentations.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across collections and convey brand storytelling with accuracy and enthusiasm.
- Execute boutique standards for visual merchandising, stock replenishment and floor presentation.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and manage after-sales service and client follow-up.
- Support inventory control, stock audits and receiving procedures to ensure merchandise integrity.
- Contribute to local marketing and client events, including VIP previews and private appointments, as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or premium customer-facing sales (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and a high standard of professionalism.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to represent a luxury brand with discretion.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling competence; reliability in transactional procedures.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years in luxury or premium retail environments, with demonstrable sales performance and client development experience. Prior boutique or brand-specific experience is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or tertiary qualification in retail, hospitality, fashion or business is desirable.
