Richemont seeks a Sales Assistant Intern in Cannes (April 2026) to support boutique sales, client service and visual presentation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage clients, deliver personalised service and build long-term client relationships consistent with a luxury boutique standard.
  • Support the sales process from product presentation and styling to transaction handling and after-sales follow-up.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and in-store presentation to brand guidelines; assist with stock replenishment and inventory procedures.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system and support CRM / clienteling activities, including appointment coordination and database updates.
  • Provide administrative support for boutique operations and participate in product launches, events and client appointments as required.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in business, luxury management, fashion, hospitality or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, client-centric demeanour suitable for a luxury environment.
  • Availability for the internship period beginning April 2026 and flexible retail hours including weekends.
  • Prior retail or luxury internship experience is an advantage; aptitude for sales and service orientation is essential.
  • Professional presentation and a high level of discretion when handling client information.

Experience

Internship-level role; no extensive prior experience required. Previous retail or luxury sector exposure is beneficial but not mandatory.

Education

Enrolled in or recently completed tertiary education (Bachelor's or equivalent) in business, luxury management, fashion, hospitality or a related discipline.
