Richemont seeks a Sales and Operations Coordinator in Mexico City to manage retail order fulfilment, inventory and sales reporting for luxury maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily sales operations across the retail network: order entry, fulfilment, returns and inventory replenishment.
  • Act as liaison between boutiques, distribution centers and regional teams to ensure on-time shipments and accurate stock levels.
  • Produce and distribute regular sales and inventory reports; analyse variances and support forecasting activities.
  • Maintain CRM and sales systems with up-to-date client records, sales orders and follow-up actions.
  • Support retail events, product launches and store merchandising coordination, including logistics and materials management.
  • Resolve operational escalations and liaise with finance and logistics to accelerate order-to-cash and returns processing.
  • Contribute to process improvement projects to optimise retail workflows and increase operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail Management or equivalent.
  • Proven commercial acumen with experience in luxury retail operations or sales support.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across internal teams and retail partners.
  • Comfortable working with data and producing concise business reports.

Experience

Typically 2–4 years in retail operations, sales support or supply chain roles; experience within the luxury or premium retail sector is highly desirable.
