Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support in-store sales operations: welcome clients, assist with product presentation and facilitate transactions under the supervision of senior sales staff.
  • Assist the marketing team with campaign execution, local store events, and clienteling initiatives to drive brand engagement and sales.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in the CRM; follow up on client enquiries and manage appointment bookings.
  • Prepare sales and performance reports, perform basic data analysis and present findings using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and seasonal floor resets to ensure consistent brand presentation and product storytelling.
  • Coordinate stock movements and support inventory procedures, including receiving, tagging and replenishment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or current enrolment in Business, Marketing, Communications, Luxury Management or a related discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a client‑focused disposition.
  • Demonstrable interest in luxury retail, product culture and brand storytelling.
  • Organised, numerate and comfortable working with sales targets and basic commercial KPIs.
  • Availability to work retail hours including weekends and occasional evenings; local legal right to work in Thailand preferred.

Experience

No extensive prior professional experience required; internships, academic projects or part‑time retail/customer‑facing experience in luxury or premium retail environments are advantageous.

Bachelor’s degree or current enrolment in a relevant discipline (Business, Marketing, Communications, Luxury Management) or equivalent vocational qualification.
