Sales and Experience Manager
Richemont seeks a Sales & Experience Manager in Monterrey, Mexico to lead boutique sales, clienteling and VIP experiences.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the boutique sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining exemplary luxury service standards.
- Design and implement clienteling and CRM-driven initiatives to deepen relationships with existing clients and acquire high-value prospects.
- Own the in-store guest experience: ensure service protocol, visual merchandising standards and environment reflect brand positioning at all times.
- Plan and execute VIP events, trunk shows and exclusive client experiences in coordination with regional marketing and wholesale teams.
- Coach, develop and appraise staff through structured training programs; manage rostering, performance reviews and succession planning.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, loss prevention procedures and day-to-day retail operations; prepare regular sales and activity reports for regional management.
Qualifications
- Proven track record (typically 3–5+ years) in luxury retail with progressive responsibility managing sales teams and delivering sustained target attainment.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in clienteling, CRM utilisation and KPI-driven retail management.
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills with a demonstrated ability to develop high-performing boutique teams.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills: polished client-facing demeanour, negotiation and relationship-building with high-net-worth customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing or equivalent professional experience; formal retail or luxury training is an asset.
- Fluency in Spanish with strong professional-level English; additional languages are advantageous.
