Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and styling advice to high-net-worth and local clientele, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through active client acquisition, consultative selling and strategic clienteling.
- Provide bespoke styling consultations and product presentations, tailoring recommendations to clients’ tastes and wardrobe needs.
- Manage client files and follow-up communications (appointments, after-sales service, invitations to events) to maximise lifetime value.
- Contribute to boutique visual merchandising and maintain an immaculate presentation that reflects brand standards.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and manage stock movements, returns and inventory reconciliation.
- Participate in in-store events, trunk shows and client appointments, collaborating with the boutique team and wider maison network.
- Adhere to brand protocols for product knowledge, confidentiality, loss prevention and high standards of boutique hospitality.
Qualifications
- Polished professional demeanour with proven aptitude for luxury client service and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele.
- Commercially minded with a track record of meeting sales targets in a retail or luxury environment.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and during peak retail periods.
- Authorised to work in France (where applicable).
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of client-facing experience in luxury retail, fashion or high-end services, with demonstrable sales results and experience in personalised styling or advisory roles.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fashion, retail or luxury sales preferred.
