Sales Advisor
Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Seoul to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, client-centric service in a luxury boutique environment, including personalised clienteling and follow-up.
- Actively prospect, build and maintain a portfolio of clients to drive repeat business and long-term relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product expertise.
- Conduct private appointments and trunk shows; coordinate client requests, reservations and after-sales service.
- Maintain impeccable presentation of the sales floor and window displays in line with brand visual merchandising standards.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and assist with pricing, tagging and invoicing.
- Support stock management activities including receiving, inventory counts, transfers and loss-prevention procedures.
- Ensure compliance with brand policies, local regulations and boutique operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably 1–3 years in luxury, jewellery, watches or premium accessories.
- Professional and polished presentation with a strong service orientation and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and close high-value sales.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail hours.
- Legal right to work in South Korea.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within a luxury or premium brand environment; demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and managing client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in retail, fashion, hospitality or a related field preferred but not required.
