Richemont is hiring a Client Advisor in Hong Kong — boutique client‑facing role focused on luxury sales and clienteling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver individualized, high‑touch service to private and walk‑in clients, cultivating long‑term relationships and client loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, appointment management and targeted outreach.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across collections and communicate features, provenance and craftsmanship convincingly.
  • Manage sales transactions, returns and after‑sales enquiries with accuracy and discretion; ensure compliance with cash handling and POS procedures.
  • Support visual merchandising standards, stock receipt and inventory controls to preserve brand presentation and product integrity.
  • Record client interactions and preferences in the CRM system and collaborate with the store team on follow‑up and events.
  • Adhere to loss‑prevention, regulatory and brand security policies while representing the maison with impeccable professional standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience; prior experience in luxury goods or premium hospitality is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable ability to build and nurture high‑value client relationships and close sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional appearance.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required by boutique operations.
  • Right to work in Hong Kong and ability to comply with local employment requirements.

Experience
