Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Dubai to deliver exceptional luxury client service in a boutique setting.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, discreet client service that reflects the Maison’s standards and cultivates long‑term relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and appointment management.
- Maintain exceptional product knowledge across collections and communicate provenance, materials and craftsmanship to clients.
- Manage boutique presentation and merchandising to luxury visual standards; ensure stock integrity and assist with inventory control.
- Use CRM and point‑of‑sale systems to record client interactions, follow up on leads and track after‑sales activity.
- Support after‑sales service, repairs and follow‑through to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Adhere to loss‑prevention, compliance and cash‑handling procedures; contribute to a secure and professional boutique environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or high‑end boutique sales (preferred 1–3 years).
- Demonstrable expertise in delivering high‑touch, client‑focused service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with refined presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, and to attend store‑led training.
- Legal right to work in the UAE (must be able to work in Dubai without restrictions).

Experience
Preferably 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in luxury retail, boutique environments or premium hospitality roles demonstrating consistent sales performance and client relationship development.
Education
Secondary education (high school) required; vocational or tertiary study in retail, hospitality, luxury brand management or related fields preferred.
