Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to team KPIs.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage transactions and process after-sales service requests.
  • Maintain boutique visual merchandising standards, ensure product presentation reflects brand guidelines.
  • Manage stock control: receive, reconcile and organise inventory; assist with stocktakes and replenishment.
  • Adhere to brand protocols for loss prevention, cash handling and regulatory compliance.
  • Participate in in‑store events, private client appointments and product education sessions.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer-facing retail experience; experience in luxury or premium fashion/jewellery/watch retail strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and work to KPIs.
  • Professional appearance, strong communication skills and a client-centric demeanour.
  • Reliable availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or sales certification is an advantage.

Experience
