Role & Responsibilities
- Process and validate sales orders across channels from receipt to invoicing, ensuring accuracy of pricing, discounts and client data.
- Coordinate with logistics and stock teams to confirm availability, delivery dates and shipment documentation.
- Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes and order confirmations; follow up on payment status and support accounts receivable processes.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders (sales, finance, logistics) and external clients to resolve order exceptions and after‑sales queries.
- Maintain and update customer and order records in the ERP/CRM, ensuring data quality and audit readiness.
- Generate regular sales administration reports and operational KPIs for the sales and finance teams.
- Support seasonal sales peaks and product launches by prioritising order flow and liaising with retail and wholesale partners.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline order‑to‑cash workflows and reduce lead times.
Qualifications
- Vocational diploma or tertiary education in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain or equivalent professional experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales administration, order management or sales support, preferably within luxury retail, watches or jewellery.
- Strong numerical accuracy and proven experience handling invoicing and order reconciliation.
- Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise tasks during peak periods.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with internal stakeholders and external clients at all levels.
- Discretion and respect for client confidentiality inherent to luxury retail environments.

Experience
Preferably 1–3 years in sales administration, order management or a sales support role, ideally within luxury retail, jewellery or watchmaking.
Education
Vocational diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management or equivalent; relevant professional training accepted.
