Retail Supervisor
Richemont seeks a Retail Supervisor in Seoul to lead boutique operations and client service for its luxury maisons.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily boutique operations to ensure seamless client service and adherence to brand standards.
- Supervise, coach and develop a team of sales advisors to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage clienteling activities and maintain high-quality CRM records to nurture long‑term relationships.
- Coordinate visual merchandising and store floor standards in line with seasonal directives.
- Oversee stock management, replenishment, inventory controls and loss-prevention procedures.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and operational reports to store management; escalate issues as required.
- Organize staff rotas, training sessions and onboarding for new hires; act as first point of contact for HR and operational queries.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail or premium fashion (strong preference for candidates with boutique-level leadership).
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and managing team performance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach suited to high-net-worth clientele.
- Strong organisational ability with experience in inventory control and visual merchandising.

Experience
Typically 3+ years in retail with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role within a luxury or premium retail environment.
Education
High school diploma required; tertiary qualification in business, retail management or fashion is preferred.
