Richemont seeks a Retail Supervisor in Seoul to lead boutique operations and client service for its luxury maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily boutique operations to ensure seamless client service and adherence to brand standards.
  • Supervise, coach and develop a team of sales advisors to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage clienteling activities and maintain high-quality CRM records to nurture long‑term relationships.
  • Coordinate visual merchandising and store floor standards in line with seasonal directives.
  • Oversee stock management, replenishment, inventory controls and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales and operational reports to store management; escalate issues as required.
  • Organize staff rotas, training sessions and onboarding for new hires; act as first point of contact for HR and operational queries.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail or premium fashion (strong preference for candidates with boutique-level leadership).
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and managing team performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach suited to high-net-worth clientele.
  • Strong organisational ability with experience in inventory control and visual merchandising.

Experience
