Richemont is hiring a Sales Associate in Dubai — deliver personalised luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, consultative service to high-net-worth and walk-in clients, building long-term client relationships and maintaining detailed clienteling records.
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets through active selling, upselling and cross-selling of relevant product categories.
- Maintain exemplary boutique standards: visual merchandising, product presentation, and housekeeping in line with brand guidelines.
- Manage transactional duties including point-of-sale operations, payments, receipts and accurate daily reconciliation.
- Support stock management activities: receiving, tagging, inventory control and loss-prevention protocols.
- Provide after-sales care and follow-up, coordinating repairs, exchanges or bespoke service requests with back-office teams and ateliers.
- Contribute to CRM updates and marketing initiatives (appointments, private events, and client communications) to drive retention and reactivation.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high-level customer service in a luxury retail environment; previous boutique experience preferred.
- Demonstrable commercial awareness with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Legal right to work in the UAE (sponsorship or valid work permit).
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills suitable for a luxury clientele.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within a luxury or premium brand environment; direct experience with watches or jewellery is a strong advantage.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) required; vocational training or diploma in retail, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
