Retail Process Improvement Intern
Richemont seeks a Retail Process Improvement Intern in New York to support retail operations, data analysis and process optimization across its maisons.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support retail process improvement projects by mapping current-state processes, identifying inefficiencies and proposing practical optimizations.
- Collect, cleanse and analyze operational and sales data to generate insights and quantify opportunity areas using KPI-driven approaches.
- Develop and maintain management dashboards and visual reports to track performance and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Participate in design and testing of new standard operating procedures and pilot implementations in retail stores or regional operations.
- Prepare clear, executive-level presentations and project documentation; contribute to workshops and cross-functional meetings.
- Coordinate with store teams, regional operations and cross-functional partners to gather requirements and support change adoption.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or a related field.
- Analytical mindset with strong quantitative aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to translate data into clear recommendations.
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and interfacing with retail store personnel.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling commercially sensitive information.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship or project experience in retail operations, consulting, process improvement or analytics is advantageous but not mandatory; internships, academic projects or coursework demonstrating analytical and process-design capabilities will be considered.
Education
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
