Richemont is hiring a Retail Partnerships Intern in New York to support retail partnerships, events and commercial analysis for its luxury maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Retail Partnerships team in the planning and execution of wholesale and retail initiatives including concessions, shop‑in‑shops, pop‑ups and trunk shows.
  • Coordinate project logistics for events, store activations and product allocations, liaising with retail operations, merchandising and external partners.
  • Prepare and maintain partnership trackers, contract summaries, calendars and operational documentation.
  • Produce commercial analyses, sell‑through reports and KPI dashboards to inform trading decisions and partner negotiations.
  • Draft clear presentations, briefing packs and stakeholder communications for internal leadership and retail partners.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify partnership and activation opportunities.
  • Assist with post‑event reporting and reconciliation of sales, inventory and marketing costs.
  • Contribute to ad hoc cross‑functional projects to optimise partner performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Luxury Brand Management or a related discipline.
  • Strong numerical aptitude with the ability to analyse commercial data and extract actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to prepare professional presentations and briefs.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and proven organisational skills to manage multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines.
  • Professional demeanour and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external retail partners.

Experience

Internship level. Prior internship or work experience in retail, luxury, wholesale, events or commercial teams is an advantage but not mandatory.

Education

Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Luxury Brand Management or a related field.
