Richemont is hiring a Retail Operations Supervisor in Taipei to oversee boutique operations, inventory and team performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
  • Manage inventory accuracy, stock receipt, transfers and stock-taking procedures to minimise shrinkage.
  • Create and manage staff schedules, driving optimal coverage for peak trading and client events.
  • Coach, mentor and develop boutique sales teams to elevate client experience and individual performance.
  • Implement loss-prevention controls, supervise cash handling and ensure POS reconciliation.
  • Monitor store KPIs (sales, conversion, average transaction value) and prepare operational reports for regional management.
  • Coordinate visual merchandising and boutique presentation in line with global directives.
  • Liaise with regional operations and logistics teams to resolve supply or clienteling issues and support local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or related discipline preferred.
  • Fluent spoken and written Mandarin; business-level English preferred.
  • Demonstrable supervisory experience within luxury retail or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to interpret sales KPIs and drive performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, with a client-centric approach and polished presentation.

Experience
