Richemont seeks a Retail Operations Manager in Seoul to lead store operations, inventory control and performance across luxury maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day retail operations across assigned stores, ensuring consistent application of group SOPs and brand standards.
  • Drive sales performance through KPI monitoring, analysis and close collaboration with store leadership to implement corrective plans.
  • Own inventory control and stock-flow processes, including replenishment, transfers, cycle counts and shrinkage prevention.
  • Coordinate visual merchandising and store presentation to guarantee compliance with brand windows, floor sets and seasonal directives.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding and performance management for store operations staff; design and deliver targeted operational training.
  • Manage store-level administrative processes such as payroll inputs, scheduling, expense controls and local regulatory compliance.
  • Act as the primary operational liaison between maison teams, regional management and headquarters for launches, renovations and projects.
  • Implement loss-prevention protocols and oversee health & safety standards to protect staff, clients and merchandise.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and people-management capabilities in a retail environment.
  • Strong analytical competency with experience setting and tracking KPIs.
  • Deep understanding of luxury retail standards and client service expectations.
  • Ability to enforce operational discipline and to translate corporate directives into store-level execution.
  • Professional maturity, excellent organisational skills and discretion handling high-value merchandise.

Experience

Typically requires 5+ years in retail operations with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within luxury goods or premium retail, with demonstrable results in sales growth, stock control and team performance.
