Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the boutique sales team in delivering exceptional client service and achieving daily sales objectives through attentive clienteling and personalised assistance.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and in-store presentation, ensuring product displays reflect maison standards and seasonal directives.
  • Participate in stock management activities including goods receiving, inventory control, replenishment and reconciliation with back-office systems.
  • Operate point-of-sale transactions, process returns/exchanges and maintain accurate administrative records.
  • Develop product knowledge across leather goods and accessory ranges to advise clients and support training initiatives.
  • Support boutique events, private appointments and outreach activities to cultivate high-value client relationships.
  • Prepare simple sales reports and assist with ad hoc analyses to inform merchandising and stock decisions.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Luxury Management, Fashion, Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated interest in leather goods and accessory categories, with a strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a polished client-facing manner and commercial awareness.
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple retail tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability for a summer internship period and flexible to work retail hours, including weekends.
  • Fluency in French and a good command of English are strongly preferred.

Experience

Previous retail or luxury internship experience is preferred but not mandatory; evidenced client-facing experience (sales, hospitality or internships) will be advantageous.

Enrolled in a tertiary programme (Bachelor's or Master's) in Fashion, Luxury Management, Business, Marketing or related field.
