Richemont is hiring a Retail Intern — Watches in Paris for a summer internship supporting boutique sales, horology product education and client service.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support boutique sales team in delivering exceptional, personalised client service and maintaining client records.
  • Develop product knowledge in haute horlogerie and assist with client advisory conversations and product presentations.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and boutique presentation to ensure brand standards and seasonal windows are executed.
  • Assist with stock reception, inventory control, merchandise replenishment and basic POS operations.
  • Perform CRM data entry, reservation follow‑ups and administrative tasks to support after‑sales service.
  • Participate in boutique training sessions, team briefings and special in‑store events.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business, Luxury Management, Retail, Hospitality or equivalent; eligible for a summer internship in France.
  • Demonstrable interest in watchmaking/horology and the luxury retail sector.
  • Polished professional presentation, strong interpersonal skills and client‑facing confidence.
  • Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends; reliable and punctual.
  • French fluency for front‑of‑house interaction; professional English is advantageous.

Experience

No prior professional experience in luxury retail is required; previous internships or part‑time roles in retail, hospitality or the watch industry are advantageous and will be positively regarded.

Education

Enrolled in a relevant tertiary programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in business, luxury management, retail, hospitality or comparable field.
