Richemont seeks a Retail Executive in Seoul to deliver luxury client service and exceed boutique sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to cultivate long‑term relationships and maximise lifetime value.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and cross‑selling.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, including product presentation, order handling, private client appointments and after‑sales follow‑up.
  • Support visual merchandising and store standards to ensure displays reflect maison heritage and seasonal directives.
  • Utilise CRM and POS systems to maintain accurate client records, sales data and follow‑up activities.
  • Participate in stock management, receiving, inventory counts and loss prevention procedures to safeguard brand assets.
  • Collaborate with boutique leadership and cross‑functional teams on events, launches and promotional initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail or premium lifestyle brands with consistent sales results.
  • Demonstrable expertise in clienteling and relationship management within a high‑touch environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to read sales data and act on KPIs.
  • Excellent presentation and product knowledge, with attention to detail in visual standards.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.

Experience

Mid‑level retail experience, typically 2–5 years in luxury or premium retail environments; prior experience handling high‑value product sales and private client appointments is preferred.
