Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales performance and achieve individual and store KPIs through proactive client acquisition, retention and upsell strategies.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised clienteling from first contact through post‑sales service, maintaining detailed CRM records and follow‑up activity.
- Present and maintain a refined boutique environment consistent with Richemont brand standards, including visual merchandising and product presentation.
- Manage day‑to‑day store operations: stock handling, inventory control, cash reconciliation and compliance with loss‑prevention procedures.
- Develop in‑depth product knowledge across relevant maisons and categories to advise high‑value clients on craftsmanship, provenance and technical features.
- Collaborate with the store leadership team on events, private appointments and local marketing activations to grow the client base.
- Use digital selling tools and boutique systems to support omnichannel customer experiences and reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven success in luxury retail sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets; typically 2–5 years in a boutique environment.
- Polished interpersonal skills and a client‑first mentality with experience in high‑touch, relationship-driven selling.
- Strong commercial acumen and familiarity with inventory procedures, cash handling and retail KPIs.
- Excellent presentation and visual merchandising instincts aligned with premium brand standards.
- Professional fluency in Korean is highly desirable; English proficiency advantageous for servicing international clientele.
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required.

Experience
Typically 2–5 years of direct experience in luxury retail or boutique sales with demonstrable results in client acquisition, retention and revenue generation.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or a degree in fashion, retail management, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
