A. Lange & Söhne seeks a Boutique Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead boutique operations, sales and client relations for the luxury watch Maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily boutique operations to ensure exceptional client service and strict adherence to A. Lange & Söhne brand standards.
  • Drive sales performance and achieve revenue, margin and KPI targets through coaching, motivation and performance management of the boutique team.
  • Cultivate and manage high-value client relationships, develop clienteling strategies and maintain a robust CRM pipeline.
  • Oversee inventory control, stock reconciliation, merchandising and visual presentation to preserve the Maison’s heritage aesthetic.
  • Coordinate after-sales service and repairs with the service centre, ensuring timely communication and flawless client experiences.
  • Recruit, train and develop boutique staff; implement ongoing product and service training focused on watchmaking excellence.
  • Manage boutique budgets, petty cash, scheduling and regulatory compliance; prepare regular sales and operational reports for regional management.
  • Plan and execute client events, VIP appointments and local marketing initiatives in alignment with regional retail strategy.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail management with responsibility for a multi-person team.
  • Demonstrable achievement of sales targets and experience in high-net-worth client development.
  • Strong knowledge or demonstrable aptitude for fine watchmaking; familiarity with horology terminology preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills tailored to a luxury clientele.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion and cultural sensitivity when dealing with VIP clients.

Experience

Typically 5+ years of luxury retail experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role; prior experience in high-end watches or jewellery is strongly preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent vocational qualification preferred; certifications in retail management or luxury brand retail are an advantage.
