Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Hong Kong to deliver exceptional client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service to clients in a luxury boutique environment, building long-term relationships through proactive clienteling.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling of product lines.
  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation standards to reflect the maison’s aesthetic and merchandising directives.
  • Manage transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and ensure compliance with cash handling, receipts and store security procedures.
  • Support stock management activities including receiving, inventory counts, backstock organization and loss-prevention controls.
  • Coordinate with CRM and after-sales teams to follow up on client requests, repairs, exchanges and bespoke service enquiries.
  • Participate in boutique events, product launches and client appointments, representing the brand with professionalism and discretion.

  • Polished interpersonal skills with a strong client-service orientation and high emotional intelligence.
  • Professional appearance and the ability to represent a luxury maison with discretion and cultural sensitivity.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team while taking individual ownership of sales performance.
  • Basic numeracy and comfort operating retail POS systems and handling transactions.

Experience

Preferably 1–3 years of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury, premium fashion, jewellery or watchmaking environments; demonstrated history of meeting sales targets and managing high-value client relationships.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or tertiary studies in retail, fashion, hospitality or a related discipline is advantageous.
