Retail Architect Intern
Richemont is hiring a Retail Architect Intern in Bellevue, Switzerland. Support store design, technical documentation and visualisations for luxury retail projects.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the retail architecture team in the development of store concepts and fit-out projects from schematic design through execution.
- Produce accurate technical drawings and construction documentation suitable for contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Develop 3D models and visualisations to communicate design intent and materiality to product and merchandising teams.
- Coordinate with global brand, visual merchandising, project management and procurement teams to ensure compliance with brand standards and project schedules.
- Conduct site surveys, prepare measured drawings and assist with on-site inspections during fit-out and handover.
- Research materials, finishes and technical solutions appropriate for luxury retail environments and contribute to sample boards and specification documents.
- Prepare presentation materials, mood boards and client-facing documentation for internal reviews and stakeholder meetings.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited architecture, interior architecture or product/interior design programme.
- Portfolio demonstrating design thinking, technical drawing ability and at least one retail or commercial project.
- Strong visual communication skills and meticulous attention to detail in documentation and finishes.
- Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple small-scale projects concurrently.
- Fluent English; additional language skills aligned with the local market considered an asset.

Experience
Previous academic projects or at least one internship in architectural or interior design, ideally with exposure to retail or commercial fit-out projects; demonstrated practical experience through a portfolio is required.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design or a closely related discipline.
