Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily boutique operations, including opening/closing procedures and maintaining visual and merchandising standards.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service and assist in building lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling.
  • Assist sales advisors in achieving boutique commercial objectives and participate in in-store sales activities.
  • Manage stock handling, back-office inventory tasks and reconcile merchandise with attention to accuracy.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash/transaction procedures in accordance with company policy.
  • Participate in brand and product training modules to acquire knowledge of Cartier pieces and heritage.
  • Support boutique events and client appointments, coordinating logistics and ensuring a premium client experience.
  • Contribute to a polished boutique environment by ensuring presentation, upkeep and visual displays meet maison standards.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a recognized vocational or higher-education program in retail, sales, business or luxury management (Bac+2/BTS or equivalent).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrable interest in luxury goods, watches or jewellery.
  • Customer-focused demeanour and a high standard of personal presentation appropriate for a luxury boutique.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work retail schedules including evenings and weekends.
  • Good numeracy and basic cash-handling competence.
  • Capacity to learn product knowledge quickly and to apply brand service standards.

Experience

No prior professional experience required; previous customer-facing or retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory for an apprenticeship.
