Richemont seeks a Regional Supply Chain Director in Miami to lead regional logistics, S&OP and inventory management for its maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Set and execute the regional supply chain strategy for the assigned geography from the Miami hub, aligning inventory, distribution and logistics with commercial objectives of Richemont maisons.
  • Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and integrated demand forecasting to optimize inventory, improve service levels and reduce cash-to-cash cycle.
  • Own regional distribution network design and management — including 3PL/4PL partners, warehouses, fulfillment and reverse logistics — ensuring scalability for omni‑channel retail.
  • Drive inventory optimisation, assortment flow and allocation processes across wholesale, retail and e‑commerce channels.
  • Manage trade compliance, customs processes and import/export documentation in coordination with legal and customs brokers to mitigate risk and duty exposure.
  • Sponsor continuous improvement and cost-to-serve initiatives (lean, network optimisation, automation) and lead supply chain transformation projects and systems implementations.
  • Define and monitor KPIs (OTIF, inventory turns, days of inventory, forecast accuracy, logistics cost per unit) and present performance to senior stakeholders.
  • Build, mentor and lead a high-performing regional supply chain team; set objectives, budgets and hiring priorities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Sales, Retail Operations, Product Development and IT to align launch cadence, replenishment and seasonal planning.

Qualifications

  • Proven senior leadership experience in end‑to‑end supply chain roles within luxury goods, fashion, retail or premium consumer products.
  • Demonstrable success leading S&OP, distribution network strategy and inventory optimisation across multi-channel retail.
  • Experience managing third-party logistics providers, warehouses and international freight operations.
  • Track record of driving transformation projects and systems rollouts (ERP, WMS, TMS, demand planning).
  • Strong financial acumen with P&L awareness and cost-to-serve mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence at executive level.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and to attend global cross-functional meetings.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.

Experience

Senior supply chain leader with approximately 8+ years in progressive supply chain/operations roles, including at least 3–5 years in a regional leadership capacity. Experience should include managing multi-channel distribution, S&OP, 3PL partners and supply chain transformation within luxury, fashion or premium retail environments.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred. Professional certifications (APICS/CPIM/CSCP or Six Sigma) are advantageous.
