Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the regional commercial strategy to achieve sales, margin and market‑share targets across wholesale, retail and key accounts.
- Manage and develop relationships with distributors, retail partners, flagship stores and institutional accounts to maximise brand presence and product sell‑through.
- Lead a regional team and coordinate with product, marketing, distribution and retail operations to ensure consistent brand positioning and flawless execution.
- Prepare sales forecasts, territory plans and monthly business reviews; analyse KPIs and implement corrective actions to optimise performance.
- Drive new business development, identify channel opportunities, and negotiate commercial agreements consistent with brand guidelines and pricing policies.
- Coach, recruit and develop high‑calibre sales talent; set objectives, conduct performance reviews and ensure rigorous pipeline management.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of commercial leadership in luxury goods (watches, jewellery, leather goods or accessories) with responsibility for a multi‑country region or major territory.
- Strong experience managing wholesale and retail accounts, including negotiations and contractual governance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams across multiple markets and cultures.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience building forecasts, P&L accountability and KPI‑driven decision making.
- Fluent business communication skills in English; additional regional language(s) advantageous.

Typically 5–8 years of progressive sales experience in the luxury sector, including proven success managing regional or multi‑market responsibilities and leading cross‑functional teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Management or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
