Richemont is hiring a Regional L&D Project Manager in Hong Kong to lead APAC learning programmes and stakeholder partnerships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution and governance of regional L&D projects across APAC, ensuring alignment with global learning strategy and local market requirements.
  • Conduct learning needs analyses and translate business priorities into pragmatic curricula, blended programmes and competency frameworks.
  • Design and oversee localisation of content for multiple APAC markets, coordinating translation, cultural adaptation and regional pilots.
  • Manage external suppliers and vendors (instructional designers, digital providers, facilitators), including RFPs, contracting and quality assurance.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across HR, brand leadership and centre-of-excellence teams to ensure programme adoption and sponsorship.
  • Define success metrics, monitor learning analytics, and produce regular reporting to demonstrate impact and ROI.
  • Control project budgets, timelines and resource allocation; escalate risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Champion change management and learner engagement activities to maximise adoption of new capabilities and tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business or a related discipline; advanced qualification preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience designing and delivering L&D initiatives in a multicountry APAC footprint.
  • Proven project management capability with track record of managing complex, cross-functional programmes; formal project-management certification desirable.
  • Strong vendor-management experience and experience commissioning digital learning solutions or working with LMS providers.
  • Excellent stakeholder-management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed, multi-brand organisation.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the APAC region as required.

Experience

Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate learning and development, with at least 2–3 years managing regional or multi-market programmes in the Asia‑Pacific region; experience within luxury retail or premium goods is highly advantageous.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business administration, Education, or a related field; postgraduate qualification or relevant professional certification is a plus.
