Regional HR Projects & People Analytics Manager
Richemont is hiring a Regional HR Projects & People Analytics Manager in Hong Kong — lead HR programmes and people analytics for North Asia.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver strategic HR projects across North Asia, ensuring alignment with regional and global HR priorities and timelines.
- Design, develop and maintain people analytics frameworks, dashboards and KPI reports to inform workforce planning, talent management and leadership decision-making.
- Partner with regional business leaders and HRBP teams to translate data insights into actionable interventions (succession planning, mobility, talent programmes).
- Manage stakeholder engagement with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Retail Operations) to define requirements and ensure data integrity and governance.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and systems; support HRIS-related change initiatives and data migrations.
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support and executive-level presentations to senior leadership, synthesising complex datasets into concise recommendations.
- Mentor and coordinate with local HR teams to ensure consistent adoption of people analytics practices and reporting standards across markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrable experience in people analytics, HR transformation or large-scale HR projects in a regional context.
- Strong stakeholder management and change-management capability across matrix organisations.
- Excellent analytical aptitude with proven ability to translate data into business recommendations.
Skills
Experience
Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in HR analytics, HR projects or workforce planning, with at least some exposure to regional programmes across multiple markets; experience within luxury retail, goods or professional services is highly valued.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or a related field; a master’s degree or professional HR/analytics qualification is advantageous.
