Richemont seeks a Regional FP&A Director, APAC in Hong Kong to lead regional financial planning, forecasting and strategic analysis.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end FP&A for the Asia Pacific region, delivering monthly management reporting, consolidated regional P&L analysis and executive-ready presentations.
  • Own annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and scenario planning; drive accuracy, timeliness and continuous improvement of forecasting processes.
  • Partner with regional commercial and operational leaders to translate business plans into financial targets, KPIs and actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to support pricing, assortment, expansion and investment decisions across retail and wholesale channels.
  • Provide variance analysis and strategic commentary to senior management; identify risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate consolidation and liaison with central Group Finance for reporting standards, policy compliance and external reporting inputs.
  • Build, mentor and direct a high-performing regional FP&A team; define roles, objectives and development plans.
  • Implement process enhancements and best practices for management reporting, tools and dashboards to increase efficiency and decision support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Professional accounting or finance qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) advantageous.
  • Demonstrable ability to synthesize complex financial information into concise strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Proven people-management skills with experience leading finance teams in a multi-country, multi-channel environment.
  • High level of commercial acumen and familiarity with retail and luxury industry dynamics.

Experience

Extensive FP&A or corporate finance experience (typically 8+ years) with at least several years in a regional or cross-border role. Prior exposure to luxury retail, wholesale or consumer goods is strongly preferred, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving financial performance.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. Professional finance/accounting certification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is an asset.
