Regional Director, Western US
Richemont is hiring a Regional Director, Western US in Los Angeles — lead retail P&L, teams and brand execution for the Western region.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead commercial and operational performance for the Western US region, owning P&L accountability and regional sales targets.
- Develop and implement regional retail strategies in alignment with global brand directives to maximise revenue, margin and client acquisition.
- Direct, mentor and evaluate district and store management teams to ensure consistent delivery of brand standards, client experience and visual merchandising.
- Drive clienteling and CRM initiatives to deepen high-value client relationships and accelerate repeat business.
- Manage staffing, talent development and succession planning to build high-performing teams across the region.
- Control operating expenses, monitor inventory allocation and oversee stock flow to optimise sell-through and minimize ageing.
- Coordinate with headquarters functions (marketing, merchandising, CRM, training) to execute global campaigns, product launches and events locally.
- Analyse regional KPIs and market trends to provide accurate forecasts, insights and action plans for sustained growth.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of leadership in luxury retail with multi-unit/regional management responsibility.
- Demonstrable experience with P&L ownership and delivering measurable commercial results.
- Strong strategic and analytical capability with experience in sales planning, forecasting and KPI management.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience recruiting, coaching and developing senior retail managers.
- Availability for frequent regional travel and flexibility to support retail operations across the Western US.
Skills
Experience
Senior retail leadership experience in the luxury sector, typically including several years managing multiple stores or districts and direct P&L responsibility. Proven success in driving top-line growth, margin improvement and team development across a defined geographic region.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail will be accepted.
