Richemont seeks a Temporary Recruiter in New York to manage full‑cycle talent acquisition for luxury brands.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver full‑cycle recruitment for temporary and fixed‑term roles across corporate and retail functions, from requisition through offer and onboarding.
- Source, screen and engage high‑calibre candidates using proactive talent‑pipelining and market mapping techniques tailored to luxury and retail talent.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to define role requirements, craft compelling job briefs and align on selection criteria.
- Manage candidate experience with professionalism and discretion, coordinating interviews, feedback and timely offer negotiations.
- Maintain accurate records and candidate workflows in the Applicant Tracking System and ensure compliance with hiring policies and US employment regulations.
- Prepare recruitment metrics and regular status reports for stakeholders; continuously refine sourcing channels to improve time‑to‑fill and quality of hire.
- Support onboarding activities for temporary hires, including pre‑start checks, background verifications and first‑day coordination when required.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of 3+ years in full‑cycle recruitment, ideally within luxury goods, retail, fashion or corporate environments.
- Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates and build targeted talent pipelines for specialist or consumer‑facing roles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience advising hiring managers and making data‑driven recruitment recommendations.
- Knowledge of US employment legislation and hiring compliance best practices.
- High degree of professionalism, confidentiality and service orientation appropriate to a luxury brand environment.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of hands‑on recruitment experience managing end‑to‑end hiring for corporate and/or retail roles, with a preference for candidates who have recruited within luxury, fashion or premium consumer sectors.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
